I've been watching a Japanese drama "Taisetsu na koto ga subete oshiete kureta". I absolutely loved the theme song of the drama. Never paid attention to the lyrics, but watching the drama and seeing all the issues I could really understand what is it about. 

Never think that you are less then fu&%$# perfect! Don't so mean when you talk about yourself. Learn how to deeply appreciate your life even when the whole world hates you or judge you. You are the only one who can take care of your life. Nobody can stand up for you unless you respect yourself. 

Yes, make all the demons go away, change all the negative voices in your head, don't criticize yourself. Instead treasure yourself, respect your life, make all the demons run away and of course and deeply LOVE YOURSELF.
